We really hope you’re happy with your Bennetts purchase. If you decide it’s not quite right, don’t worry. You can return most items to us within 28 days of purchase or receiving your order, whichever is longer.

When making a return please be aware of the following:

• All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition. This means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resalable.
• For hygiene reasons, certain products such as jewellery for piercings i.e. earrings, can only be returned if unopened and still within fully sealed tamper-proof packaging.
• Cosmetics, face masks, face coverings and items for intimate use can only be returned if unopened and still within fully sealed packaging.

If your product is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team with photos of the product at: customerservice@bennettsofderby.co.uk.

Once we have received your returned item back, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days and we will email you to confirm your refund has been processed.

All items must be returned with a completed returns form and receipt. The standard delivery cost of £3.95 will only be refunded if the entire delivery is returned. Upgraded shipping options will not be refunded in full unless the entire order is faulty or incorrect. We reserve the right to wait for your goods to be returned before refunding.
