Can I return my item?
Although we hope you’re satisfied with your purchase, we understand that this is not always the case. If you find your product is faulty or you later change your mind, we do accept returns. Most items can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase or receiving your order, whichever is longer.
All items must be returned in what is deemed a fully resalable condition along with proof of purchase. See here for full details of our returns & refunds policy.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we do. All orders over £50 will receive free standard delivery. For orders under £50 delivery is charged at £3.95. We also offer next-day delivery at £5.95 for any orders made by 2pm.

Does your store have multiple floors and is it fully accessible?
Our store is spread across two floors and we aim to be inclusive of everyone. At our store, you will find wheelchair access, wheelchair-accessible fitting rooms, and lifts to the upper floor.
Do you have a newsletter and how do I sign up?
We do have a newsletter where you can find out about the latest information & updates, along with exclusive opening events and offers. To sign up simply go to our website and scroll down to the bottom of the page. All you have to do is submit your name and email address.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
We do have gift vouchers available. You can conveniently send a Gift E-Voucher directly to someone’s inbox. Enter the amount you would like to send and submit the recipient’s details. You can even add a personalised message and select a specific day for the gift voucher to be sent.
Do you have refreshments at your store?
As part of your shopping experience at Bennetts, you can visit our tearoom. We offer a variety of refreshments including hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, cakes, and afternoon tea, as well as other seasonal foods that are prepared in-store.
Are the products you show online the same as in your store?

Where are your garden accessories sourced from?
We stock high-quality goods from a variety of familiar contemporary brands to ensure you find only the best quality accessories and décor for your garden.
How do I keep my garden BBQ or fire pit clean?
Our bucket BBQs aren’t dishwasher safe but can easily be cleaned with a grill brush or warm soapy water. Fire pits don’t require as much upkeep but can be cleaned in a similar fashion: just less frequently. Be sure to dry out any water from the inside of the bucket or fire pit once clean to avoid water damage.
Are garden festoon lights waterproof?
Yes, our festoons are fully weatherproof so you don’t need to worry about taking them down in rough weather! As long as they’re plugged into an indoor or weatherproof garden socket, you’re good to go.
Are my new garden tools protected under warranty?
Yes – depending on the brand, our tools carry comprehensive warranties to ensure long-lasting quality. The products in the National Trust Collection by Burgon & Ball, for example, all carry a 10-year warranty. Like all our products, our garden tools are also covered by our 28-day return and refunds policy should they not meet your quality expectations.
How do I make sure a pot or planter is the right size?
